GEP's property portfolio comprises of € 4.0 billion of logistics assets, as at 31 December 2022.

The portfolio offers attractive scale, quality and diversity with the following key attributes (as at 31 December 2022):

  • Portfolio of 88 stabilized prime logistics estates
  • Well diversified Pan-European logistics portfolio across 7 countries
  • Portfolio (excl. assets held for sale) weighted to core markets in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Italy
  • 82 different customers with only four customers accounting for more than 5% of rental income
  • Core stabilised portfolio’s occupancy rate of 99.4%
  • Core stabilised portfolio’s weighted average lease expiry (to first break) of 5.7 years (by income)
  • Minimal exposure to enhanced return assets (land and on-balance sheet development activities)
