- 82 different customers with only four customers accounting for more than 5% of rental income
- Core stabilised portfolio’s occupancy rate of 100%
- Core stabilised portfolio’s weighted average lease expiry (to first break) of 5.2 years (by income)
- Minimal exposure to enhanced return assets (land and on-balance sheet development activities)
